How Do U Know If Your Ram Has Got Whight Spot?

i have 2 ram's 1 male 1 female and the female looks died ill http/www.fishforums.net/style_emoticons/default/sick.gif
and has 3 little whight spots by her top fin does any1 know if this is how whight spot starts off??

Whitespot looks like grains of salt.
The spots do they resemble a cauliflower of a cluster of berries.
Does the spots have a red circling around the out side of the spot.
