How Do U Create A Voting Topic?

Hi all,
i wanna put a topic up for voting, anyone know how?
its were ppl choose theyre fave fish ect from a list that appears above

under topic title, it says "manage topic's poll"

what do u do from there?

1 click on it,
2 chosoe the title of the poll (for question 1)
3 click "add poll choice" which is for the answers, i think you can choose up to 15 answers. Tick allow multiple choice so people can choose more than 1 answer, if not applicable, leave unticked.
4 if you want a 2nd question, then click "add poll questiion" and follow steps 2 & 3. you can have up too 4 questions per poll/
