How Do I Take Cuttings

Hi I was given some fantastic parrots feather plants and they have grown ballistic, so well they are sticking up above the water now. What is the best way to take cuttings? can I cut the long stem and re-plant it?

hi star glad you like it lol
If you look at each segmented bit where the leafy bit starts a few of them might have roots but very small just cut it below the roots on that segment and plant it again it soon grows or take the off shoots off and replant them ive done all this and they grow fine also if you float them they will grow too
