How deep should I plant them. I have a bunch that are very very long so should I trim them down? I cant even see the roots on the glossos so how do I plant them. So confused right now

If a plant/leaf is brown, it is either dead or decaying, and although I have no experience with glosso, I am pretty sure it's the same. So yea, snip away...
