How do I get rid of Hair Algea??? They are all over my java ferns.

Im currently dosing Flourish Trace, Potassium, Nitrogen, and phosphate by useing the directions on the bottles.

Well in highlight tanks i would normally associate hair algae with low or unstable CO2 levels, you sure its hair algae on the ferns? as i usually associate those with bba type algaes, nonetheless both issues are usually the result of low or unstable CO2 levels, sometimes you can also get hair algae from overdosing with trace.
