What exactly do you want to clean? Or what all needs to be cleaned? Tank Glass, Plants trimmed?

If you mean cleaning a planted tank, just clean it normally with a gravel vac, but be careful when your near plants! the gravel vac will remove the sand, which the plant is anchored to. Just take it easy and you should be fine.
