My lovely little loaches have been busy digging up all my plants! I've bought some pieces of bogwood that have holes perfect to put the plants through, but how can i attach the plants, any ideas what i can use that won't harm the fish?

What plants are you using first of all?
Er.. good question! I bought them as "elodea densa", "wisteria" and some amazon swords. They're all floating about at the moment. I've also ordered a fountain plant, but thats meant to be attached to a pot, so should b safe...

All the plants you listed have to be planted into the substrate. To stop your loaches from digging them up you could try placing rocks around them, although I've never heard of loaches posing as a problem with plants.

If you want plants that will attatch itself to bogwood then try Java fern, Anubias, African fern and mosses.

WARNING: The fountain plant you ordered is probably not an Aquarium plant but a terrarium plant. If it is grass like with light and pale green leaves then it will die after a few weeks into your aquarium.

I wouldn't attach them to bogwood personally as it won't work. Maybe plant them in terracotta pots full of substrate in the tank?

Thanks. I'll try that, any idea where i can buy small terracotta pots from??

A small garden center :D I'm not sure, could use just use the smallest size your garden center has? Or look in your LFS, mine sometimes have these small pots.
