How Do I Add A Photograph?

I have an identity question (about a fish!) but there is no browse button to add the photograph. Help please.

I am having difficulties with photobucket.... is FLOCK ok to download? At the moment I have all my pics on Picasa and again I have found it difficult to retrieve a pic for posting. I have however managed to post a few pics using the 'browse' button which comes up when you press 'reply' only its not coming up at the moment. Has the system for posting pics changed in the last days or am I just not doing it right. HELP please.
