How could you tell if a baloon molly is pregnant?

If she has ever in her sexually mature life been in the same tank as a sexually mature male (like at the pet store), then she's pregnant. It's pretty well guaranteed with livebearers.

I don't know how to tell how far along in the pregnancy that particular type of fish is, though.

I'm never too sure when mine are pregnant but they do tend to get even fatter and almost aquare at the bottom
