How Come Betta In America Are Nicer Looking!

Its not fair lol! I was looking on 'Bettatrills' and Aquabid and the betta available in the US are so much prettier than ones available here in the UK! Why is that?
Does anyone ever get them shipped to the UK from America and breed them?
Or anyone know of some UK breeders? Ive been on KG Bettas, how often does he re-stock all the betta he has? All the best ones go straight away so when he re-stocks Id love to be one of the first on there to have a wider choice!
Been on R.B. Bettas, they dont have many in, and Jobys Bettas dont have many in.
I want a betta thats completly unique in colouring! But I cant find any other breeders.

Im not sure how often he stocks, but you can import fish through him as he has a import license. There are other breeders a lot sell privately. Try http/www.aquarist-classifieds.co.uk/ There are some others but I cant get to the links as the other forum is down at the mo
