How Can You Tell When A Sunset Platy Is Ready To Give Birth?

Does anyone know how you can tell how far the sunset platies are into pregnacy and how long pregnancy is.

platy give birth every 4 weeks if conditions are right for her,
if she looks like shes about to burst and hides a lot thats a sign shes about ready,
also she can get grumpy and either eat more or go off food and hide instead.
its hard to tell how far any fish is in to her pregnancy but once she has fry roughly every 4 weeks after she will be ready again.
