How can you tell if a Molly is male or female?

Guppies are easy, could someone please tell me how to tell if my mollies are male or female? Thanks in advance, Pam

THe same as with guppies, femals have a 'fan' anal fin and males have a gonopodium (like a 'tube' instead of the 'fan' anal fin. Also the females tend to be slightly larger
