the only true way is to get a group of juvis and grow them up and wait till they pair off, breeding dancing and then breeding tubes appear, males is thin long and pointy, where females are usually fat short n stumpy
No, it is notoriously hard to tell males and females apart apart from when they are spawning when you can see the different reproductive bits. And even if you could tell the difference, fish you choose are not guaranteed to form a pair anyway.
As mentioned, sexing is next to impossible until they grow and age. I bought 4 small ones 2 years ago and still don't know what sex the are. I almost think I ended up with 4 males as they pick at each other all the time (they don't really fight so they never get hurt and are in perfect health). I also think breeding them is very difficult as the need very good water conditions (no experience, just what I've read).
Angelfish will eat any fish they can get into their mouths. Neons are their natural pey in the wild so they aren't a good mix. Larger AF would definitely eat small guppies.

If you get the angels small, they may not eat live food once they get larger. Some people have mentioned having angels and neons together from the start and that the angels never bother the neons but that's a risk you take.
