how can i rais my ph

i have bog wood in which has lowered it but it is my main feature to my tank so i dnt want to take it out

so how can i rais is???

the bog wood won`t lower it permanently over time the ph wil ballance out (this is a long time though)

buffering it with some crushed clam shels in the filter will help also there are various chemical products on the market that will raise and buffer ph...

what is your ph at now and what do you want it to be?

as it`s very hard to balance the ph perfectly and you will get swings in ph that will harm your fish and cause them stress

You can buy ph adjusters, think tetra do one, but i would advise against it as BigIan said it's very hard to balance your ph perfectly.

Ph is buffered by your kh so find out what that is. Bicarbonate of soda raises the kh so buffering up your ph. Its a bit time consumung though finding out how much you need.
As mentioned, using a coral gravel will do it or adding it to your filter. Theres stuff african cichlid keepers add to the water as well, but please stay clear of ph uppers as they dont work very well.
