How Bout This Lighting

http/www.aquariumguys.com/miniaqualight1.html Think that will be better than a 10w cp fluescent bulb over a 2.5 gallon tank or would I have too much algae with that? Also think I could get legs with it to make up the extra inch it's short for fitting my tank?

That's a nice unit. I have 18w over my similar size nano. You need CO2 or Seachem Flourish Excel and heavy plant to minimise risk of algae. Keep lighting to 8 hours or so.

I would sugest your lighting for 6 hours at first and gradualy increasing there after.
