Hospital + Betta Tank

I just bought a 10 gallon aquarium today, and I wanted to use it for a hospital tank. Could I possibly put a betta in, but when a fish needs it, I could use something else for the betta. Would this work?

Might be somewhat stressfull for the betta to be moved around, though I move my guys around all the time with no ill effect. However, I do not think the betta would appreciate being moved from a 10 gallon tank to what I can only assume will be a far less spacious container.

Well, the fish I have hardly ever get sick. But then again, than can change anytime.

your fish may be a hardy fish but to much stress on the fish will end in death.stress will kill the fish faster than disease.
