Hornwart

Ok well i got a hornwart a week ago and its the center peice for my tank. Its beginning to look brown and droopy. I went to the lfs and bought some fish and i told the woman about my plant and she told me to buy these little tablets you put in the gravel. They dont seem to be working after 2 days and im beginning to worry. Is there anythink i can do? Do you think the roots are not expanding enough? Not getting enough CO2? Any ideas would help alot!

Hornwort 'takes' nutrients from its leaves and not from its roots, since it doesn't have any
Therefore tablets that are placed in the gravel don't work for hornwort. You should try liquid fertilizers (such as florreal or ferreal).
