honey gourami ok with big gold gourami?

i currently have 2 female gouramis - an opaline and a gold (3-4 inches long). the opaline isn't very happy as she gets chased a lot by the gold. i'm thinking of taking her (opaline) back to the lfs and getting something else instead

i saw some tiny cute honey gourami and wondered if the gold gourami would be likely to harrass them too?

When adult Gouramis have established themselves in a tank it is often hard to introduce new Gouramis of any species/strain IME. I tried to add a fully grown Kissing Gourami to a tank with a few other species and although he was 2-3 times the size the current occupants became highly terriotorail so IMO if your Gourami have been in there a while and matured it is risky to add more unless you can move them to other tanks if the need arises.

Honey gourami are some of the more peacful and not as agressive gouramis, Golds are IMO the most aggressive spieces so they probably should not be housed together.
