Hole In Head Need Help

my new firemouth cichlid has hole in head. there are a lot of small-medium sized holes in his head,but it's not to bad yet but i need to know how to treat it .

There is medicine for it. (I've never needed it -- luckily for me.) Or you can take him to the vet, I believe.
