I was wondering, I have a spare 25g tank with some pinks i drasticly have to get rid of. Once they are gone, would it be possible to house a pair of angels and some jumbo neons without them getting eaten?

If this an ordinary 25 gallon, the adult angelfish will swim with its dorsal sticking out of the tank :p I wouldn't risk putting neons in with angelfish even if it does depend on the circumstances...

the 25g is a tall tank and almost planted to my pleasure :) Just need some star grass and some foreground plants

How tall? I personally don't think a tank of 25gallons that is tall enough can be wide enough either. The volume does not allow for it IMO, maybe for one but not for 2 angels and not a pair looking to breed.

Well if that wont work I'll do some neons and live barers or some shell dwelling cichlids

Well, what size is it? If it's a tall 25gallon it's most likely not big eough for shell dwellers either. Most say these should have a 20gallon minimum, but yours may have a smaller surface area and so territory.

:/

Yea, I think the minimum height of the tank for angels is 18", but I could be wrong?
