hello.
the surface of the water in my tank has a kind of scum like skin type thing on t its only a minor issue to me. iv'e heard certain fish nibll eon t and keep it away. what type of fish?

this scum is proberbly caused by the food that you are feeding.
try a diferent brand to see if this rectifys the problem.

to clear the current scum, run a bounty sheet over the surface

Its definitely got to be bounty as its the strongest soaker upper!

I've expereinced this before and it comes and goes from time to time.

If you have something to agitate the water surface then you wont see it, maybe a filter or a bubbler.
The scum is protein, either from the food or from your hands

I've had ISP problems. all sorted now, so should be back to my normal
