Well I have finally identified the guppies in my tank, there are two males and one female. Now should I keep the female in there, put her in a breeder box(cruel), put her in with the babies(she can't eat them there too big) or give her to a store? The males go after her but not so much that she is stressed, she is by herself sometimes.

Are you planning on keeping more females in that tank? If so, then she could probably wait until the fry are bigger.

AS for keeping her in the fry tank, just so long as you can feed both her and the fry, it should be ok. *shrugs*

If you don't mind parting with her, then an lfs would be a very simple solution. :p

If you are planning on putting more females in there eventually, how about dividing the tank until they come? Just to prevent stress on her. 2:1 in favor of the males could be pretty stressful...
