More than likely one of the 'pod' family

Copepods
Isopods
or Amphipods

I have found out that there called Copepod now i cant find anything that tells me if there good or bad
if anyone would know that would be great Thanks alot p.s great link

short answer: awsome.

people set up whole systems designed around generating the maximum number of pods possible to feed special species of fish. you need pods for the long term health and survivablitiy of most of the fish in your system.
