Hinged Glass

as the title says really, i want to do a hinged glass lid on a new tank im doing but the problem ive come up against is to get 2 glass to glass hinges delivered is going to cost nearly £70! here's a picture of what im on about.

b&q dont do them and wickes looked at me like i had 3 heads when i asked! does anyone know where i can get them cheaper by any chance?

Ask you nearest Glazing Supply firm or a local Glazer if they could source some for you.

Here are some. They are the flexible plastic kind but they don't look bad and last for years.

Tried to get you some from work today (glass factory) but we dont have any hinges just couplings for balustrades. Our foreman told me to check out shower door equipment suppliers.
