I'm new at fish keeping and have got a 60litre tank. I've got 2 female guppies, 1 male guppy, 2 female platy's, 1 male platy, 5 neons, 4 danio's, and 2 tetras. I spend hours just looking at my fish, today I have noticed I have about 4 guppy fry about 1cm in size swimming about at the bottom of the tank. I'm very shocked but extremely happy . I was wondering how old the fry are? Looking at the fry they look like guppies. I feel like a new Mum, I'm so excited.

Hi if the fish are around 1cm in size i would have thought they are about 1-5days old.. not quite sure.. i had some fry... they were about 1cm withing 1-5 days..

Hi and to the forum, 1cm fry will be aroud 1 1/2 to 2 weeks old
