Thought I would send a little note saying hi and to introduce myself.

Female, 23 year old, brought a tropical Bio-orb fish tank with my boyfriend about 3 months ago and loving my fishy friends. Problem is we need advice as dont really know that much about keeping fish. These are my first ever pets so want to try and make them happy.

I have:

5 neons (was 6 but one died )
2 male guppys (one old and one I brought at the weekend)
1 Platy (was 2 but our favourite and oldest friend died this weekend )
1 Molly
1 sucking loach

If you need advice, you have come to the right place. There are alot of very knowledgable people here and they are more than happy to help.

Before you will be able to post in the other sections (other than Newbie and Beginners), you will need to validate your membership. Go to the email you received when you registered and click the link to validate. If you didn't receive the email, it may have been blocked by spam blockers or put into a bulk folder. Check those and if you still don't find it, you can have it resent by going to "My Controls" at the top of the screen and click the link in the upper right when you get there. Good luck.

Still a bit worried we have too many fish but did have to take back a pakistani loach as he keep terrorising the other fish, his name was stripes. The names are mostly for the benefit of my boyfriends son (well thats what I tell people )
