My name is Justin (Just) and I am totally new to the fishkeeping world having always hankered after one. I live in Brighton with my wife and four cats and what appears to be a small colony of snails in my still cycling tank. I have got a Juwel Rio 240. As i said i'm still cycling my new acquisition and am 11 days into the cycle, my ammonia has now dropped off so just the slow wait to the day i finally get me some fishy's.

Anyway thats enough from me for now, i'm sure you'll all here lots more from me in the coming months as i have loads of questions which'll need answering.

Nice to see someone from the UK fishless cycling, most lfs I know say "pahh... thats an american thing, wait 48 hours and add fish"

I know a few people with tanks and they've all asked me what fishless cycling is and some of these people have been keeping tanks for years. Like i said i am new to fishkeeping but i'm really enjoying doing all the research. Thanks for the welcome everyone.
