Hi, im 17 from Gloucestershire, UK and my name is Nick

Im currently researching into tropical, freshwater fish keeping and should be getting a 10 g tank very soon and stocking it with a nice community - including at least one cat fish love em. The only reason im really introducing myself is that i know i saw a very active poster on here from Cheltenham, which is really close to where i live- i want to ask him which are the best shops/suppliers of tropical fish/equipment in the local area.

P.s does anyone have a tank with a 'Trio 2000 filter system', if so- how much noise do they make as i want my tank to be in my bedroom- so would like it to be as quiet as possible- probably will cost more tho .

It's good to see that you are researching your fish first so that you hoepfully don't end up with a fish that grows to a foot long in a 10 gallon tank. Good luck.

I havnt bin able to get on the forums for a week for some reason anyway im now getting a 30G Juwel Rekord 120 Aquarium and found out that my local fish shop is a really great one, so im happy
