Hello! I've been posting questions but not actually made an introduction before now. I'm Nicola, I'm 18 and I live in England.

I don't actually have fish at the moment, though I've wanted them for years. I finally bought a 125 litre tropical tank on Saturday and I'm currently waiting for that to get sorted before adding my fish :) I have it in my room opposite my bed, so I now sit there all night and stare at the empty tank, haha. Oh well, the plants etc look nice at least.

The fish we're having haven't entirely been decided upon yet. We know we want Corydoras and glowlight tetras, and probably some guppies, but we haven't really picked anything else yet. We're going to try and really pace out the addition of new fish so hopefully there's a while left before we've got to think about the newbies! We'll probably only buy small ones because I like them more!

Hello and :hi: to TFF! Best of Luck with your tank and eventually fishies!!

:hi: to TFF!
I hope you are rading up on cycling before adding any fish.
Guppies need to be at a ratio of 2 females per male. They do breed like crazy, an if you dont want them to breed get all males as females store sperm and an give birth for up to 8 months without a male being around.
Corys need to be in groups of 3 or 4 or more.

I know, I've done all my research! We're getting at least five of everything, only male guppies (I don't like female ones for some reason) and the tank is cycling at the moment. Thanks though!
