Hi all,

I am fairly new to keeping tropical fish, i was given a small 40 ltr tank in october and change it to tropical and i have some tetras and guppies and 1 red tailed shark. I now have 7 baby guppies aswell in a fry enclosure.
I have bitten the bug and bought a bigger tank lol a 125 fluval roma.
Its been up and running for 2 weeks and i have put 4 barbs and 4 zebra danios and a few plants too.

Not sure when to add fish from old tank to new one. Its such a learning curve

It certainly is quite a steep learning curve at the beginning, but this forum should help you through the process!

I presume since you have had your tank since October you are gnerally aware of 'cycling' tanks so that they are ready for fish? If not, have a browse through the 'beginners' section. There's lots of info there whioch may help you. Once you've had a read, post back with any questions you may have.
