Good day to all,

I new to this forum and would like to introduce my beloved fish. I have an 80gal tank with 13 blood parrot cichlids as well as 1 gold severum 2 albino cory cats and 1 pleco. My parrots are the best fish i've ever had. They are friendly each has his/her own personality. I have raised many fish over the years but never will give up my parrots. Also I have a 50gal in it right now is 1 bp who has laid eggs and a male jellybean cichlid. At least that is what he was labelled at the lfs. But am having a hard time finding any info on this fish. Also I have a red devil named rosie who lives alone in a 20gal for now.

First off, your 80G is waayyy too over-stocked. With just your parrots, you'll need a 130 gallon tank, when they grow to their full size, then you add the severum, and that'll be another 20-30 gallons.

Hi and thanks 4 of my bp's are smaller than a quarter and the rest approx the size of a loonie ( a canadian dollar coin) I have a 50gal set up and waiting for parrots but right now it is housing a breeding bp jellybean cichlid pair. Also am in the process of build a another 50 gal built into my living room wall along side my other 50. So hopefully soon my 80 gal will not be overstocked
