I have Just joined the forums to help learn more about keeping Tropical fish (community tank) I am planning on getting a 90L tank at Christmas and Understand the process of Cycling and dont want to rush things, I have been researching the different fish and all about PH and the types of substrate used on the bottom, I have decided I would like sand.

I have sand in most of my tanks. In my personal opinion, it looks nicer. The fish also seem to like it more.
