Hi All

Unknown plant #1: looks to me like Hygrophila polysperma, but don't quote me on that...
Unknown plant #2 (the last pic): looks like Crypt. Wendtii imo. Really easy to grow plant. I've got way too much of the stuff in my tanks.

also;
Your "Suckermouth Catfish" looks to me to be a Common Pleco, which will grow to be -huge- and much to large for this tank.

Thanks for the info - much appreciated

:hi: and wow that tank is lush ! looks awesome fella :good:
Thanks very much, I found that using the right substrate and a combination of regular water changes (10%) as well as some liquid fertiliser helped the plants grow very well.

That is absolutely brilliant how the pipes come out from under the tank. Would hate to spring a leek though!
Lovely setups well done.

Hello Junior,
Hows your Molly doing?

Keith.

:hi:
Can I point out there is no such thing as a 3 spot dwarf gourami, it is an Opaline Gourami :good:

Hello Junior,
Hows your Molly doing?

Keith.

Hi Keith, he is still surviving but is not getting any better really. His tail is still badly cut up and he has lost his bouyancy in it so it floats no keeping his head down. He is still active and is eating well so I still have hope for him. I do hope he survives and makes it back somehow.

Incidentially I went out and got a few more tiger barbs at the weekend (LFS were doing an offer so I got 7 more - 3 albino and 4 standard). I was hoping it would calm down the fin nipping but now I just say my larger of my two Bala Sharks has a large nip out of his dorsel fin. I am not sure what to do with the tigers now as I do not want them to upset the karma I've had in the tank so the past six months. I am debating whether to bring them back to the LFS for rehoming or else to buy another tank to house them in, maybe in my PC room because I have the goldfish in the kitchen and the tropicals in the front room. I have 5 green tiger barbs, 4 standard tiger barbs and 4 albino tiger barbs. So in total 13 barbs to rehome. They are very active and are great fun to watch but they do seem to be nipping everyone else so maybe a new tank is the way to go.
Anyone know what size I would need for 13 barbs?

Thanks,
Junior
