Hello and Welcome Deedie....Love Scotland, which area are you from?

from the banks of the river clyde, port glasgow. but im living in kilbarchan now, which is just outside paisley.

and thanks for the welcome to the forums everyone

Do you visit the Lochs much?? I've Been to Loch Tummel near Pitlochry before and went up the Cairngorms a few times.

A mate lives near Glasgow centre and we've been to 'T in the Park' a few times> best festival around!

i do alot of camping, hill climbing an other outdoor activities. i much prefer the west coast of scotland, glencoe, ardnamurchan, isle of skye etc etc. its much nicer area than the east coast. some of the best scenery in the world.
im off to skye for a week camping this week, and im looking forward to that very much. although i assume its going to be very cold. nothing a camp fire and few beers wont sort out though lol

hope to start cycling my tank as soon as i get back. i thought i could do it while i was away, but reading up on whats involved, i realise i will need to wait till i get back. but im looking forward to starting it

Isle of Skye> wanted to visit there sometime.

+ If you know somebody with a Fish tank set-up, it would speed up the 'Cycling' if you could add a cut-off from their filter sponge or some old gravel> maybe even ask your LFshop about the possibility??

See you Jimmeey!
