Hello, everybody I'm new here and i have had been a fish keeper for about 7 years good and bad experirences, but i would like to put those behind me and start out with a fresh start. It has been atleast 1 year since i had fish now, my last fish i had were a group of cherry barbs and they got ich really badly and it spread really fast and i wasn't able to save them. I took the time off to save up some money to start out fresh i wanted to be sure that i tore down the tank and cleaned it out really well and disenfected it really well. In the mean time while i was away from keeping fish i did some reading and research in which i am contuning to do. I want to learn all that there is i could learn about the hobby and the fish, because one day i would love to run my own fish store, i know it isn't easy to do and the fact is i don't have enough experince nor have i worked at a fish store before. It's a goal of mine and i hope one day i will be able to run my own fish store some day, i have a plan to go to school and get a business degree first and hopefully while doing that work at a fish shop to learn the tricks of the trade. Don't worry i have a fallback plan i am also going to try to get a degree or certificate in something else just in case but well see how this goes. but no matter which way it goes i want to learn as much as i can to be a better hobbyist
