ok, so how dd i insert an image into a post so that it would show up

i tried copying and pasting, didn't work. and i tried clicking on that insertimage button with a little tree, also didn't work all that does is put in a link. can someone help me or put this somewhere if i'm in the wrong place. Thanks!

Well you have to get an html code for it. Some websites give you them made when you upload the pix like this...Just sign up and upload the images then go to the box that has

i guess i didn't explain myself well enough, how do i do it so that you don't have to click on a link, it is just there in the post.

OOOOOO...If you have a pic saved on the computer you can upload it by pressing upload picture on the text toolbox. That works. Happy Posting!

Hello and welcome to the forum.

You will need to upload your photo/photos to a hosting site like Photobucket. Then, in your post, click the "Tree" link above and enter the URL address. The picture will then be physically in your post and not a link. Be sure to click "Preview" before you actually post to make sure that the size isn't too enormous
