hey i keep discus, i started working in a pet shop in Australia, part of my job was to clean the shops fish tanks on a tuesday nite, and there was 1 discus there. i took a real liking to him. a month went past and the shop owner gave me a brand new fish tank to i could start keeping fish. sure nuff i started off with a new cardinal tetras, after about a week of having them the developed whitespot
but i managed to get the some protozin and they all pulled thru. but now Australia can no longer get protozin. anyway, now im onto trying to breed discus.
ive got a problem now.... i will make a new post in the right area

Hi i keep discus and if your trying to breed them luck plays a HUGE part mate!! on a average i get 50 spawns and 1 of them will actually become fry and every time they have perfect water paramiters!!! i wish you the best of luck because the water paramiters have to be PERFECT, i do a %50 water change everyday with aged dechlor airated water and heat it to about 28-29c

WELCOME TO THE FORUM BTW! :X

Oh and in the UK they cost about £35 - 50 each in erous thats near 100 i think
