my female GBR is laying on the bottom, right side up
she is eating fine but isnt swimming much at all,
she is at the bottom breathing normally but is literally just staying in one spot at the bottom for the past 2 days
all water parameters are fine, except the nitrates, they are a tad high.
Could she be pregnant?
please help as she is my favorite fish

When you say 'fine', what exactly are you Ammonia, Nitrites and NitrAtes?

Need more info. How long have you had the fish? Any other symptoms? when did it start? etc.

nitrite 0
nitrate 35ppm

i have had the fish for about a year now, and no other symptoms and i noticed it 2 days ago

Nitrate should be around that has she been attacked by anything ?
