Need urgent advice on getting rid of ich bearing in mind i have infected clown loachs.

I've been using King British white spot control and King British WS3 with no results, and water temp is set at 28c. Can only use half doses as recommended on the bottle as i have clown loachs and a rainbow shark. I've been treating my water for about a month with water changes every 5 doses but it's not doing any good.
