Help!

Hey every one,

I recently acquired a new mangrove jack, but when I put him in the new tank he seemed to be having difficulty breathing. Now he has a white circle forming around his eyes and doesn't swim or move really. I don't want to lose him cause mangrove jacks are quite hard to get your hands on and unless you know the right people they can cost a fortune!

How long has the tank been cycled and how did you do that?
