Help!

My guppy has been in my tank for about 3 weeks now. She was doing great until two days ago she started acting a bit odd. Like hiding more frequently and swimming kinda odd. Then yesturday a bump started to form on her. It is bhind her eye and up close to the top of her "head". Today I looked again and it is alarmingly bigger. I think it's a tumor but I am worrie dit is fungus. It is rather large and white in coloring (her body is light so it is hard to tell) and i do not belive it is "fuzzy". She is swimming odd and clumsy and tilting a bit with the tumor side tilting up almost like it is a bubble with air inside. Does anyone know what this is? How can I help her? I'm assuming she is going to die. HELP!
