Today as i was looking at my tank, i saw that my blue gourami had gotten fat and bloated. Any idea what it is?

We need more info, tank size, tank mates, water readings how long the tank gad been set up for and cleaning regime.

Also any other symptoms, swimming head down or not eating?

It could be swim bladder, or constipation. Try feeding cooked deshelled peas, that helps with constipation. But post what I asked for, it will give for a better diognsis
