Help !

I have got 4 guppies and 2 of the tails have been nibbled. What could of caused this?

I have the following fish in my tank

1 common plec
2 black mollies
1 red mollie
1 neon tetra
1 male fighter
2 female fighters
2 platinum angels
2 clown loaches
1 long finned ram
plus the 4 guppies


Can anyone help?
