It sounds to me like the stress of moving her so late in pregnancy has caused her to abort the fry before they are ready to be born. The eggs will not hatch, and if they are alive you should put them down. Feed them to the other fish, as they will not develop outside their mother.
She might have more fry now, and it's possible that some will survive - any that unroll and are able to swim might live, but if they have a sac hanging off their bellies (yolk) don't feed them until it goes away. It's also possible that she will stop having fry and the rest of them will complete their development and be born normally.
How big is the tank and what else is in it? If other fish are harassing her, put her in a breeding trap if you've got one. If she is calmed down she might stop giving birth and the rest of the fry will survive.
