i got a small ocar yesterday and i put him in with the geeen terror and the parot fish and thay stated to pic
on him so what i need to no is can i put him in a smaller tank to get better but i have 3 fighters in there

the tank you have for him is " get away-able" you cant put him into an smaller tank mate, why not reconsider and take him back to the lfs,the fighting may stop but i wouldnt take the risk, not with oscars being my favorite fish

how big is the oscar? he may well eat your fighters

i think i recall him being about 3-4 inches, in a jewel 240

yes there is one male fighter in the tank i was going to put him in to get better and he is small right now he is in the tank with the guppys wich is not good but i no he it not that big to eat them yet

I would place some more hiding places for him/them, break up some line of sight, The GT and the Parrot already have their territories and placing the Oscar in has caused issues obviously. The other thing you can try, is to take them all out, compelety re-arrange the tank, then place the Oscar back in first, then the Parrot, then the GT, so they have to re-estabish themselves, it may or may not calm things a little.

Or else you will need to think about taking the Oscar back.

in this tank i have 1 male and 2 females in there with a few penguins and had no problems what so ever and been like this for 7 mouths now

he is about the size of the one in your pic i am going to re do the tank like you said and i will keep an eye on him
and if it come to it i will just get a new tank for him thanks
