Have you started using dechlorinator yet?

Your lfs is obviously rubbish if it has no medication, my maidenhead aquatics has stacks of stuff.

no i havent i need to order some off the net(any good ones you no of) as my lfs dont have that either but its the only 1 i can get 2 lol

Your lfs is a very bad lfs I suggest you find another.

I suggest you get Tetra AquaSafe. I've used it for two years and it's very good.

You can place all your problems upon your lack of dechlorinator and (probably) test kit.

try to increase aeration a little bit... what type of filter do you have?

i will get the declorinator as soon as i find a new lfs lol and i dont no what filter it is as i got it off my antie as like an emergency tank lolso dont no anythin bout it exsept its been a great part of keeping my babys alive :D but my filter has contast water falling into the tank and runs under a gap so its picking up air so the is oxygen in the tank

Is the tank cycled?

Do you have a water test kit?

What is the tank size?

Tank inhabitants etc.?

All of the above can contribute to poor health in your fish.

All of the above can contribute to poor health in your fish.
