i got an 10 gal yesterday but the water is cloudy even though i have an undergravel filter and a power filter wat up wit dat

sounds like you didn't cycle the tank, common newbie mistake especially in the fish store has anything to do with it, you have fish already right so read though and follow the advice given HERE <--- clicky :)

Did you wash the gravel first? That is the most likely reason for cloudy water immediately after setting up an aquarium.

do you have any test kits? ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH if not then best get them and liquid not strips

for all or just one? can you post the exact results the kits are showing? the tank probably will be cloudy for a day or two

ok i dont have an camerathe type i got is when its blue it means good then green mean exellent and red means poor i got an solid blue

you need to get one that tests, ammonia nitrite and ph aswell. both ammonia and nitrite are deadly to fish. API master kits are good value for money, may seem a little pricey but last a long time ad does all the test you will ever need in the hobby :)

yes its sayin its good

WOW. sorry I could not help notice that you bought a 10 gall "yesturday". You put water in the tank and you tested the water and it was all good

What kind of water are you using?

Cause I want some.

the water probably isn't all good which is why i recommend a kit as soon as possible. did you use the filter from your old tank?
