yesterday i treated for ick and was told it wouldn't bother my preggers but now my pregnant guppy is nose down and tail straight up up still swimming

she atleast 2-3 weeks very large belly could this mean delivery or is she dieing oh please help

That sounds like swim bladder infection. Google it and you can see different approaches to trying to treat it, but once your fish have ich and swim bladder, you are likely to just have fish that are so run down and can't fight off infection and disease. Like mentioned earlier, ich medication is essentially poison, just less harmful to the fish than the ich. It is no different for pregnant fish and non pregnant fish. It may just be the case of being too late.
