Help !

Can anybody help PLEASE!!!! I have an Orange Tiger barb with possible swim bladder (nose down, tail going like crazy. As soon as it stops.... woosh! straight to the surface)
Various other barbs in tank, (tigers, rubbies, greens etc.), all seem ok.
Would hate to loose it.

What are your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Is the fish bloated.
Is he laboured breathing.
