Whoa! That was one sentence!! O_O

First off, guppies and bettas don't mix well. I've tried it; it results in bad things. Secondly, you should find a new home for goldfish. They don't like the warm temperatures and they will get too big.

Your tank is about 22 gallons. I'd be curious as to what kind of plecos you have. Wait a bit for the tank to settle down. How long has it been set up?

Your tanks overstocked what type of goldfish are they.
The first goldfish alone needs a 20gal, then 10gal for every other goldfish added as there massive waste producers.
Immediate water change.

Remove the betta. It will attack the guppies thinking that they are bettas too because of their fancy fins.

Goodluck.

i removed all the old stock before putting in new fish in ;tank has been running for months ,i tried seperating bettas from gup and also from eachother but the fish are still dying .cant think of anything wrong with set up even wondered if the lead weights on shop plants would affect them .the male betta looks as if he s been burnt but cant get near the heater so i know its not that .iv e got three aquariums of my own and a pond but i ve never seen anything like this before.

The lead weights wouldn't do anything, though they should always be removed from plants anyway. For help you need to test the water, we need to know ammonia, nitrite and nitrate.
And please at least use sentences, it's hard to read your posts :) .
